Prompt Pay Discount
A discount of 15% will be provided for patient responsibility amounts (copay, deductible, self-pay amounts) paid at the time of service or paid in full within 30 days of insurance payment.
Payment Plans
If you are unable to pay your amount due in full and would like to establish a payment plan. You may do so by logging into MyChart or by calling customer service at 740-380-8124 or Toll Free at 800-479 2351.
Availability of Uncompensated Services
Hocking Valley Community Hospital and Hocking Valley Medical Group are committed to providing financial assistance to patients who have healthcare needs and are either uninsured or underinsured. Financial assistance is available to all patients making up to 350% of the federal poverty level (FPL) and Hocking County Residents up to 400% of the FPL. This does not affect eligibility for the Prompt Pay Discount.

Interest Charges
Hocking Valley Community Hospital currently does not charge interest on unpaid accounts.
